Multiple DUI Attorney in Cincinnati

Is This Your 2nd or 3rd DUI Offense?

The penalties for driving under the influence (DUI) in Ohio are severe, to begin with, but they only get worse with each subsequent offense. The fines, license suspension, and sentencing for operating a vehicle under the influence (OVI) become significantly more severe for a second, third, fourth, or subsequent conviction within six years of a prior conviction. If you have found yourself in this situation, a Cincinnati criminal defense attorney may be able to help.
